On the 29th of December, 2012 starting at 17:48 hrs and continuing up to the early hours of the next day (30th instant), a group of young Indians were seen having a gala time at The Bamboo Bay at THE PARK, VISAKHAPATNAM.
The event was a reunion of the 1996-97 10th standard batch of Visakha Valley School students. Some of you would be wondering why the number of guests would be so small. Simply because of the fact that those who were seen at the said location were the only ones available at the time of the planning of the event.
Not disrespecting any of those who missed out on the fun, I would like to thank the organizers - Ranjit Gelli (Hem Ranjit) and Ram Gandikota (Ram). They should be appreciated for the efforts they took that made the event so memorable in the eyes of the visiting guests.
The most fun time was remembering the old days when we would have sacrificed ourselves for, and played pranks on, our friends. We remembered the teachers we hated, the teachers we respected and the teachers we boys had crushes on.
There were times when we would not even notice that some teacher was outside our classroom listening to the fun we made of some of their colleagues. What fun we had at the event!!!
This is one day that will forever remain in my memory as the day that new bonds were formed, old bonds strengthened, and new friendships formed.
